apa khabar sahabat sekalian? harap semuanya sihat dan sentiasa dalam lindungan Allah. masa tak mengizinkan tuk selalu update blog . busy........ nak celoteh panjang2 pun tak de masa. terus layan resepi je lah. resepi ambik dr sis rima. mmg sedap. tambah lagi ada coklat chip tu. cepat je habis. resepi kat sini.

Banana Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
(makes 10 ~ 12 muffins)
275g plain flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large bananas, about 450g
125g brown caster sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
50ml semi-skimmed milk (I used low fat fresh milk)
75g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
50g chocolate chips
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180degC (350 degF). Line muffin pans with paper muffin cases.
Sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a mixing bowl. Mix in the chocolate chips. Set aside.
Peel the bananas and mash with a fork in a bowl. Add in brown sugar, egg, milk and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. With a wooden spoon or a spatula, gently fold all the ingredients to form a wet batter. Stir gently, using only a few strokes and mix until the flour are incorporate into the batter. DO NOT Over mix. The batter should appear lumpy.
Spoon batter into paper muffin cases. Bake for 20mins until muffins turn golden brown or a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Let cool on a wire rack. Serve warm or cold.

Assalamualaikum...

bersua kembali setelah beberapa hari menghilangkan diri. sibuk asik berulang alik ke hospital. lepas anak buah kuar hospital hari ahad lepas (5/2), mak plak admit hari selasa (7/2) tuk minor operation hari rabu. operation ni tuk kuarkan satu skru yg kena kat joint kaki mak yg patah tempoh hari. tido kat spital lagi la nmpknya. semalam balik rumah. tu pun doktor bagi balik dh malam. smpi rumah dah 11 lebih, terus tumbang, lelap. penat dan mengantuk sgt2.

so, maknanya roti ni bkn la baru kuar oven ye :P tak de masa aku nak buat time sibuk2 mcm ni. roti ni buat hari ahad lepas. tergoda dgn roti yg kak ita buat, nekad nak buat jugak w/pun tak confident sbb sblm ni pengalaman buat roti pizza tak bape menjadi. time panas ok, bila sejuk keras mcm batu. baling kat dinding, agaknya dinding pun boleh retak :D

kali ni berbekalkan resepi yg simple dan cara buat yg mudah, akhirnya menjadi gak percubaan membuat roti. alhamdulillah....... tp masih byk lagi kena belajar dan kena practice. suka sgt roti ni. aku mmg suka garlic bread, dpt lak cicah dgn mushroom soup, wallaaa..... tp yg ni tak sempat pun buat sup, kejap je abis. aku buat setengah adunan. maklum la.... trial run je. takut tak menjadi. dpt 6 rolls. cukup2 je la tuk kitorang 5 org time tu.

resepi aku copy paste dari rumah kak ita kat sini. kak ita lak ambik dari tuan punya resepi, suhaina. thanks kak ita dan suhaina atas perkongsian resepi ni dan panduan2 yg sgt2 membantu tuk buat roti. moga ilmu yg dikongsi mendapat ganjaran dari Allah SWT.




Garlic Roll (without egg)

Ingredients: (makes 8 rolls)
  • Plain Flour- 3 cups
  • Warm Water- 1 cup*
  • Yeast- 1tbps #
  • Salt - 1tsp
  • Sugar- 2 tbps
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 2-3 tbps
Method:
  • Mix everything together except oil with warm water and knead  until you get a smooth dough.
  • Add oil and knead until the dough springs back when you press with yreour finger.
  • Apply oil and allow to rise for 40-45 minutes. By this time it will be double its initial size.
  • Make the garic spread.
  • Knock down the air in the dough and divide the dough into two equal portions.
  • Grease a baking pan or loaf tin with butter.
  • Roll the dough using a rolling pin. Apply flour to prevent sticking.
  • The rolled out dough must be at least half inch thick.
  • Try to make it more like a rectangle. Apply one tablespoon of the garlic spread on it.
  • Roll it and cut it into two equal parts and further cut the two parts into two, so that you get 4 equal rolls.
  • Now place the rolls with the cut side up in the greased pan.
  • Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough.
  • Apply the balance garlic spread on top and apply milk or egg wash which ever you prefer.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional)
  • Allow to proof for another 20 minutes.
  • In the mean time preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the house is filled with the aroma of roasted garlic and bread..
  • Take a bite into this lovely soft and flavourful rolls. You will surely fall in love with it.
* The quantity of water depends on the brand of flour used. I sometimes use less than a cup, sometimes more than a cup for the same 3 cups of flour.
# I add 1 tablespoon yeast for a quick rise. You can reduce the quantity of yeast(say 1tsp) and let it rise slowly too.

Garlic Spread

Ingredients:
Salted Butter- 50grams
Garlic- 3 grated
Coriander leaves - 2 tbps (chopped)

Method:
Bring butter to room temperature.
Mix everything together.
Can be stored in the chill tray for upto one week.

Garlic Roll

3 cawan tepung gandum ~ ita guna tepung roti
1 cawan air suam
1 sudu besar yeast
1 sudu teh garam
2 sudu besar gula
2-3 sudu besar olive oil ~ ita letak 2
 
Campurkan semua bahan kecuali minyak dalam sebuah bekas dan uli sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut
Tambahkan minyak dan uli semula sehingga mendapat doh yang elastik 
Sapukan sedikit minyak pada doh, tutup doh dengan tuala lembab yang  bersih dan biarkan doh rehat selama 40 ~ 45 minit
Doh akan naik sekali ganda
Sementara menunggu doh naik kita sediakan garlic spread
Setelah adunan doh naik buka tuala lembab dan tumbuk-tumbuk doh dan uli sekejap
Kemudian bahagikan doh  kepada 2 bahagian ~ seelok-eloknya di timbang setiap bahagian supaya sama beratnya.
Gelek doh dengan kayu pencanai 1/2 inc tebal berbentuk empat segi memanjang
Sapukan 1 sudu Garlic Spread di atasnya dan gulung.
Buat kaedah yang sama pada doh yang kedua juga
Potong doh sama lebar sebanyak 4 potongan
Kita akan mendapat 8 potongan doh
Susun doh dalam tray yang telah di sapu dgn butter hingga habis
tutup semula doh dengan kain lembab dan rehatkan semula selama 30 minit supaya doh naik sekali ganda lagi.
Angkat kain lembab tadi dan sapukan baki Garlic Bread di doh tadi
Sapukan kuning telur pada permukaan doh dan taburkan bijan atau serbuk lada hitam jika suka.
Bakar doh dalam oven pada suhu 170 - 180 C selama 20 - 25 minit

Panduan
Untuk mengetahui sama ada roti sudah masak betul atau belum, jentik bahagian bawah roti. Jika bunyinya seperti kosong, tandanya roti telah di masak dengan sempurna ~ Chef Wan

Garlic Spread

50 gm Butter bergaram ~ suhu bilik
3 ulas bawang putih ~ dicincang halus
2 pokok daun ketumbar ~ dicincang halus
secubit garam ~ ita tambah - aku tak letak sbb dh guna salted butter
sedikit lada hitam kisar ~ ita tambah - aku tak letak

Gaulkan semua bahan
Siap digunakan.
